The Friendship Group with Azerbaijan also operates in the Parliament of Switzerland.

Azerbaijan attaches great importance to bilateral relations with the Swiss Confederation and is interested in further expansion of cooperation in political, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. Currently, a dynamic development in bilateral relations is observed. There is a regular high-level political dialogue between Azerbaijan and Switzerland. This dialogue is provided by bilateral contacts between the Heads of States on a regular basis, within the framework of the annual meetings of the World Economic Forum in Davos, as well as at the level of Parliaments, Ministries of Foreign Affairs, and individual ministries. The opportunities created by political dialogue based on high-level and mutually confidence make a good basis for cooperation between our countries in economic, humanitarian and other fields.
